What a blissful hour. From the moment I entered the tranquil space the chaotic Sydney world disappeared. Warm towels, oils and stones I was in relax mode. My lovely Therapist Tokie was calming, soothing and a master of massage. A hidden gem in the middle of the Eastern Suburbs

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I decided to visit Sol Spa for a much needed relaxation treatment. I enjoyed an amazing massage and the most beautiful facial from Toki ( an absolute gem) - thank you! The lounge space was so perfect to sit and soak up my experience and reset before heading back into the throws of life. I will definitely be back again soon!

Wow! Just an incredible experience at Sol Spa, Areeyawan girl!!! Honestly can say that was the best treatment I’ve ever had! Areeyawans Massage was 10/10, pressure, technique, flow, just amazing!! a true professional.

I was gifted a massage with scrub for Sol Spa - both the space and the experience were gorgeous. I found contacting to make the booking not as easy as I hoped - but I think that it perhaps was a short staffed week when I was trying to book. I would definitely go again.

I was given a 30th birthday voucher to attend this lovely space last year. It was by far one of the most luxurious solo experience of my life. Beginning with a glass of bubbly in front of a beautiful green garden backdrop to aid your relaxation mode. The Therapists will then show you to your personal spa room where you will experience the most relaxing facial and full body massage leaving you cleansed and rejuvenated. Ending with a beautiful Japanese bento lunch box & cocktail. Highly recommend this experience to gift your loved ones!

I cannot recommend Sol Spa highly enough. Kit gave me the most incredible massage and facial. He was respectful, considerate and the most amazing therapist. The spa provides plush robes and slippers, in a delightfully tranquil and spotlessly clean environment. If you get the chance to experience this haven, just say YES.

Wow! What an absolutely beautiful experience. I was initially booked in for a different service but as I am pregnant they weren’t able to do it however they offered me a beautiful facial instead and it was just so divine and exactly what i needed. I also received a beautiful rose quartz at the end from Zoe. Such a beautiful spa and so gorgeous and dreamy. Highly recommend xxx

I was given a gift card to Sol Spa and just had the best 60 minute signature massage! I wasn't sure about the venue at first, but the waiting area is super comfy and the massage I had was one of the best. I believe my massage therapist was Ariana, they were great! Would definitely recommend. The spa is located within a fancy hotel complex. I couldn't find any information on the website about parking, but the spa was on the same level as the car park so perhaps you can park. Otherwise there was only 1 hour street parking nearby.
